What exactly does Mellow do?
Mellow is building a spreadsheet on steroids for your business. Basically, we connect your
spreadsheet to all of your sales channels and accounting software data.
Is Mellow free to use?
Mellow is free to use for individuals!
As we add more integrations and features, we'll be introducing additional premium plans.
Which integrations do you support?
We currently only support WooCommerce and eBay.
We're constantly working on supporting more integrations, including Shopify, Etsy,
BigCommerce, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and Quickbooks.

How do you keep everything in-sync?
1. As part of the on-boarding process, Mellow imports your current spreadsheet data.
2. For any sales channel you connect, Mellow automatically imports inventory items and sales orders.
3. Mellow continuously keeps track of all stock adjustments, and correspondingly updates stock quantities everywhere.
3.1. Stock adjustments include: Outbound sales orders, inbound shipments, and manual adjustments.
Basically, we become the single source of truth for all your sales channels data.
Please note that once you connect a sales channel, their stock quantities will get
override on any stock adjustment, whatever the source.
For instance, suppose you connect both Shopify and WooCommerce, and you have 100 units of item ABC on hold.
Moments later, a sales order of 10 units arrives from your Shopify store.
Mellow will actively reduce ABC's in-stock quantity to 90, on both Shopify and WooCommerce!
